Live-Out Housekeeping & Laundry Assistant (with Light Glam Experience)

Position Overview Max Tallent Management is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Live-Out Housekeeping & Laundry Assistant with a strong background in luxury home care and wardrobe management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. Experience with light glamsuch as basic makeup application or hairstylingwould be a plus , as occasional support with day-to-day looks or quick touch-ups may be helpful. Candidates must live in the Fort Lauderdale-Miami area and be pet friendly , as light pet care may be part of the role. Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and polished home environment on a daily basis Handle laundry with care, including washing, steaming, ironing, and folding delicate or luxury items Organize closets and wardrobes, manage seasonal clothing, and assist with packing/unpacking Provide light makeup and hairstyling support when needed (day looks, touch-ups, quick glam) Assist with preparing for shoots, meetings, and travel as needed Run household errands (e.g., dry cleaning, supplies restock, etc.) Work closely with other team members to support a busy lifestyle and calendar Be pet-friendly and assist with light pet care when required Requirements Must currently live in South Florida (Fort Lauderdale-Miami area) and have reliable transportation Minimum 2 years of housekeeping/laundry experience (private home or high-end setting preferred) Comfortable working with luxury garments and high-maintenance fabrics Basic makeup and hair skills (no license required, but glam experience essential) Pet-friendly and comfortable around cats and dogs Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Trustworthy, discreet, and professional A can-do attitude and desire to grow within a fast-paced, evolving company What We Offer A dynamic, supportive team environment Room for long-term growth and promotion within the company Competitive compensation based on experience The opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge lifestyle and talent management company
