The Front Desk Concierge provides courteous customer support by answering and routing calls; taking messages; providing basic information to callers; greet and direct showroom traffic; maintain showroom vehicles and snacks; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Provide showroom maintenance and keep facilities organized and clean. Fill and maintain snacks and coffee areas throughout the day. Light cleaning as needed. Offer and make coffees for guests. Record customer information, and ensure all guests are directed to the Client Advisor for all scheduled appointments. Direct walk-in customers to a Client Advisor in a timely manner. Minimize wait times for any guests that are waiting for assistance in the showroom. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. The ability to work independently with limited supervision and the motivation to continually increase product knowledge should be evident. Must possess and maintain a valid driver license. Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Excellent communication skills are required. Ability to use multi-line telephone systems.
