Our client, a law firm in downtown DC, is seeking a temporary Receptionist to support their team!
The Job:
Greet and announce clients and visitors in the office.
Answer phones (internal and external calls) and take and transmit messages.
Serve as receptionist for special office events.
Utilize the EMS to book conference rooms for meetings.
Perform additional clerical and administrative projects as assigned.
About You:
2+ years of administrative experience; professional services experience is a plus.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Tech savvy and proficient in telephone/voicemail systems; EMS experience is a plus.
Familiar with office procedures for conference room/food service scheduling.
Detail-oriented/organized with excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
About the Position:
$20/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience.
Temporary for 2 months.
Potential for the assignment to be extended.
100% onsite in Washington, DC.
Office is metro accessible.
