DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Duties include keeping assigned areas of our Assisted Living Residences in a clean, sanitary, safe and orderly condition as directed by the Director of Housekeeping and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining resident apartments and common areas.

Candidate must have general cleaning knowledge and prior experience.

Requirements include:

Candidates with experience in a hospital, nursing home or assisted living strongly preferred.

Knowledge of the dementia population and dealing with related behaviors.

Understands written and oral instruction.

Understands and absorbs new work methods.

Capable of completing schedules effectively and in a timely manner.

Capable of standing and walking for prolonged periods of time.
