Job Title: Receptionist - Part Time
Location: Corporate - Greenwood IN
Pay Range: $15.00 - 16.00 /hr
SUMMARY: Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer telephone and direct calls to the appropriate department or facility.
Greet and direct visitors
Receive, sort and forward incoming mail.
Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS etc.)
Enter expense reports into AP and help AR with collection calls
Electronic filing
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Other skills required: Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Previous administrative experience preferred

Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent.
Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs.
