Baker Pain Clinic - Mt. Baker Pain Clinic is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant / Receptionist to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, patient-focused environment. This is a hybrid position in our Burlington and Arlington offices working as a medical assistant and receptionist supporting the office in various front and back office needs. Schedule : Monday-Thursday | 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM Key Responsibilities : You will play a critical role in supporting our clinical and administrative team by : Assisting with patient consultations and office visits Managing triage phone calls and medication coordination Providing pre- and post-procedure care Supporting patients through their treatment journey Checking in and out patients Answering incoming phone call Collecting copays Scheduling appointments About Us : Mt. We offer a broad range of minimally invasive surgical and non-surgical treatments tailored to each patient's unique needs. What We're Looking For : An individual who is willing to support the clinic in coverage for both the front office (receptionist) and back office (medical assistant). Willingness to learn and work as a team player. Reliable transportation to travel to the Burlington and Arlington locations.
