Live-In Nanny/Housekeeper

Private family living 70% in Miami, and 30% in West Chelsea, New York, is looking to hire a Live In Nanny/Housekeeper to stay with them long-term as their family grows. Their son is currently 4 months old and they plan to have more children, so they're looking for someone flexible, responsible, and friendly who can become an integral part of their household and travel between residences with them as needed. In addition to childcare, they're also looking for someone who can help with tidying/light housekeeping, things like laundry, dishes, and occasional errands. Of course, the baby is the priority, but when mom and dad are with him, they'd like someone comfortable helping with other household tasks. The candidate must also be loving to their family pet, a small Golden Doodle, and assist as needed. Requested Duration: Long term Position Responsibilities Childcare: (B) 4 months old. The family currently has a Night Nanny Petcare: Small Goldendoodle, as needed Housekeeping: Light Shared Housekeeping, daily maintenance, tidying as needed Cooking: Light Cooking Laundry: Baby Laundry Only Errands: As needed, 2/3 times a week, Grocery Shopping, etc. Driving: Yes Travel: Domestic and International Travel Required Position Requirements Work Hours: 70% in Miami, and 30% (May thru August, + getaways), in West Chelsea, New York, Monday-Friday, flexibility as needed for Saturdays Languages: English Experience: Years of Experience References: Minimum of 2 References Background: Background checks upon a contingent offer of hire Position Compensation Salary: $40-$50. hour, paid time off, federal holiday, vacation, open to considering health insurance or a stipend if needed Living Accommodations: Live In, private bedroom and bath
