Full Time Cook

Manzana's is seeking reliable and motivated full-time cooks to join their team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys preparing delicious food in a fun, fast-paced environment. As a cook, you'll assist in preparing meals to order, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and delivering high-quality service to our guests.

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards

- Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment

- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and presented properly

- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures (ServSafe standards)

- Assist with receiving and storing inventory

- Keep kitchen areas clean and organized during and after shifts

- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and kitchen team

- Contribute to a positive team environment and guest experience

- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred

- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team

- Strong time management and multitasking skills

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
