We are looking for a Casino Cashier to join our store team!

**Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Provide quality service to each guest in a courteous and efficient manner while always displaying a pleasant enthusiastic attitude

+ Embody a professional demeanor and a high level of character, honesty and integrity in conducting the business affairs of the restaurant; Inspire all team members to do the same

+ Cash all types of checks for guests within the specified guidelines; Record all checks cashed in the specified computer system

+ Conduct both Marker and Front Money transactions on guest accounts

+ Redeem chips/tokens, TITO (ticket in ticket out) and Race and Sports tickets for guests

+ Redeem all acceptable types of foreign currencies

+ Receive and maintains proper cash accountability in cash drawer for shift; Check out the drawer and prepare the shift report properly; Balance bank at end of shift

+ Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction

**Qualifications**

+ High School Diploma (or GED)

+ Acceptable previous experience as a Casino Cashier

+ Excellent customer service and communication (both written and verbal) skills

+ Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts

+ Working knowledge of 10-key machine and computer equipment

+ Accurate money handling skills

+ Must be able to obtain a Gaming Registration Card

+ Meet the requirements for the needed physical tasks with or without accommodation

**Pay Range**

$14.00 - 15.00

per hour

**TypicalPhysical Demands**

In

this role, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear.

Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending over, crouching,

crawling, climbing, and repetitive use of legs are done occasionally. The

team member is occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs and/or move heavy

objects. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close

vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception

and ability to adjust focus. All performed with or without a reasonable

**WorkEnvironment**

While

performing these duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to outdoor

elements in all seasons. Occasionally, the employee will also be exposed to

fumes and particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level

in the work environment can be loud at times. While performing these duties,

the employee may be exposed to dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, gas,

high-concentrated cleaning solutions, etc.
