We are looking for a Casino Cashier to join our store team!
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Provide quality service to each guest in a courteous and efficient manner while always displaying a pleasant enthusiastic attitude
+ Embody a professional demeanor and a high level of character, honesty and integrity in conducting the business affairs of the restaurant; Inspire all team members to do the same
+ Cash all types of checks for guests within the specified guidelines; Record all checks cashed in the specified computer system
+ Conduct both Marker and Front Money transactions on guest accounts
+ Redeem chips/tokens, TITO (ticket in ticket out) and Race and Sports tickets for guests
+ Redeem all acceptable types of foreign currencies
+ Receive and maintains proper cash accountability in cash drawer for shift; Check out the drawer and prepare the shift report properly; Balance bank at end of shift
+ Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
**Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma (or GED)
+ Acceptable previous experience as a Casino Cashier
+ Excellent customer service and communication (both written and verbal) skills
+ Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
+ Working knowledge of 10-key machine and computer equipment
+ Accurate money handling skills
+ Must be able to obtain a Gaming Registration Card
+ Meet the requirements for the needed physical tasks with or without accommodation
**Pay Range**
$14.00 - 15.00
per hour

Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending over, crouching,
