**Job Description**
As a Janitorial Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within hospital facilities. You will perform daily cleaning tasks in patient rooms, public spaces, and common areas, ensuring that all areas are kept clean and orderly according to established procedures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform routine cleaning tasks in patient rooms and common areas.
+ Conduct discharge cleaning to prepare inpatient rooms for new admissions.
+ Change linens, clean, mop, and arrange furniture in rooms as needed.
+ Ensure cleaning equipment is clean and functional, reporting any maintenance needs to a supervisor.
+ Contribute to infection prevention by maintaining a sanitary environment throughout the hospital.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in cleaning, janitorial tasks, sweeping, and mopping.
+ Preferred 6 months of experience in cleaning within a hospital setting.
