Salary Range:
SUMMARY
Responsible for cleaning and resetting tables, monitoring tables for guest needs in an efficient courteous manner displaying a high standard of guest services.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Clears all tables, resetting them for new seating, ensuring tables are set in accordance with venue standards and guests achieving a pleasurable dining experience.
2. Assists Food Servers in serving the guests throughout their meal, observing the guests for any requests for service, clears all dishes from the table after guests are through eating, continually providing them with a clean, neat eating area.
3. Maintains cleanliness of all side stations, responsible for stocking dishes, silverware, paper supplies and any other required items.
4. Answers any guest questions and refers them, if necessary, to appropriate management personnel.
5. Monitors guest alcohol consumption and responds accordingly.
6. Maintains professional grooming and appearance.
7. Keeps sight lines neat and organized.
8. Sweeps or mops as necessary.
9. Serve ice water as necessary.
10. All other duties as assigned.
REPORTING LINE
You will report directly to the Food and BeverageSupervisor and then the Food and BeverageManager.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Must have excellent communication skills, be polite, and present a neat appearance at all times.
- The ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner.
- The ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations

- Proven experience providing high level of guest service
- The ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide
- The ability to read, write, comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English

- The availability to work all shifts.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stressful situations.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
- The ability to verify the right to work in the United States.
EDUCATIONAL AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for prolonged periods of time. Ability to push, pull, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, sit, climb, balance, carry and lift to 75 lbs. Constant use of hearing, speech, vision (including distinguishing between shades of color), radios, and tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.
