Part Time Bartender - Able to work 2 - 3 days a week
We are seeking an experienced, hard working, and passionate bartender to join our team.
Bartenders at 88 Club are responsible for beverage & food service of all seating areas of the bar, lounge, and dining room. Extensive food & beverage knowledge is required. The position requires a minimum of two years of service and bartending in a fine dining restaurant/bar.
Bar Responsibilities include :
- Thorough knowledge of the menu descriptions and ingredients of the food and beverage menus.
- Execute complex cocktails to completion in a timely manner
- Work under pressure, multi-task, and have impeccable attention to detail
- Enforce company policies and ABC protocol regarding the consumption of alcohol
- Maintenance of inventory and notifying the correct channels when running low/ 86.
- Work with POS and processing payments
- Prepare syrups, infusions, batches and maintain to par level
- Cleaning and Polishing glassware
- Maintain an organized workstation, lowboy, bar top, and storage area
- Setting up mise en place for service
- Control Cost by taking accurate inventories, limiting waste, and logging any spillage.
- Perform sidework and completing opening and closing bar procedures
Requirements
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage - Wine, Spirits, and cocktails.
- Good understanding of bar tools and equipment
- Excellent Communication Skills

- Genuine interest in developing their craft and an eagerness to learn.
- Ability to stand and move around for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hands, fingers and wrist dexterity

Compensation: Hourly ($17.81) plus tips
