Our mission is to be ambassadors of Peruvian cuisine, bringing authentic ingredients, recipes, techniques, and culture to Washington, DC. We strive to create memorable dining experiences that highlight the richness of Peruvian traditions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately
• Ensure food presentation meets restaurant standards
• Assist servers with clearing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
• Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance the guest experience
• Support kitchen and front-of-house staff as needed

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
• Availability for full-time or part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends
