Key Responsibilities

• Execute and prep creative dishes with precision and cleanliness
• Maintain clean, organized stations throughout prep and service
• Run food, help clear tables, and support dishwashing as needed
• Collaborate closely with a small, supportive kitchen and front of the house team
• Uphold quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Be engaged in guest experience when opportunities arise
