**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeper to join our team at Stonepine Estate. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our 16 bedrooms and various common areas. You will play a key role in ensuring that all spaces are immaculate, contributing to the overall guest experience at this historic estate.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Clean and maintain 16 guest bedrooms across multiple houses on the property.
- Change bedding, replace towels, and refresh rooms between guest stays.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including floors, sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding bedding and towels.
- Clean and maintain various common areas, both indoors and outdoors, including living rooms, dining areas, patios, and event spaces.
- Conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, polishing wood floors, and washing windows.
- Ensure that cleaning supplies are well-stocked and communicate any needs to management.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization, ensuring that the estates historic character is preserved.
- Follow a regular cleaning schedule and complete any additional cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury estate, hotel, or event venue setting.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning practices, products, and equipment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with the care of fine furnishings and historical properties is a plus.
- Willingness to maintain the beauty and historical significance of the estate.
