Pay & Benefits:

Total Pay: $27-$29/hr. Base pay of $18-$20/hr + 4% kitchen surcharge + Tip Sharing

Holiday pay: All BOH employees receive time-and-a-half for working Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Eve

401(k) Plan eligibility after 1 year

PTO: Accrue up to 40 hours during years 1 and 2, 80 hours after year 3 and 120 hours after year 4.
