General Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for visitor to the Altec-Styslinger Genomic Medicine and Data Science Building 8 th Floor offices

  • Greet visitors and ensure comfort during their wait

  • Guide visitors to appropriate conference rooms or offices

  • Answer main phone line, screen calls, route incoming calls as appropriate

  • Receive and sort incoming mail

  • Maintain office common areas, conference rooms, kitchen/break room

  • Order and stock office and kitchen supplies

  • Serve as point of contact for copier, environmental services, break room equipment needs

  • Monitor office equipment to maintain function

  • Assist EAs in setting up conference rooms for large meetings

  • Support Executive Assistants as needed

  • Adhere to security protocols by screening guests/visitors

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

High School diploma or GED required.
