Cleaner, Warehouse

Principal duties and responsibilities:

• Comply with all sanitation, health, cleaning and housekeeping procedures to health code standards;
• Perform pest control services by conducting inspections, correct pest control problems by applying product, baiting and monitoring
• Maintain sanitary conditions in the facility at all times, including bathrooms and garbage room;
• Execute duties such as baling cardboard boxes, dish washing and equipment cleaning;
• Coordinate pick up of baled boxes, pallets and milk crates on a weekly basis;
• Receive trucks and unload merchandise as needed;
• Perform basic support duties such as product storage, FIFO, and inventory;
• Maintain weekly inventory of cleaning supplies;
• Maintain cleaning logs for the facility including temperature logs of the dry and cold storage areas;

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years porter training and/or experience;
• Team player with excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Ability to maintain a schedule
• Ability to lift boxes averaging 30-50 lbs, e.g., boxes, equipment or supplies;
