Dishwasher

Location: Woodcrest Villa

Current Opening:

• Part-time (3:30 PM - 7:30 PM)

• Weekend rotation

The Dishwasher (Back of House) washes and sanitizes all China, flatware, and cooking supplies. They maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen area and assist in maintaining general stock. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least sixteen years of age.

• Valid HS Work Permit if under eighteen years of age.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Operates the dishwasher according to outlined dishwashing standards and appropriately stores clean items.

• Washes, cleans, and sanitizes all items from the pot and pan sink. Completes the pot and pan sanitizer log for each shift.

• Clears and busses tables as needed.

• Timely completes pre-shift and post-shift duties according to set up sheets.

• Follows floor cleaning procedures.

• Replenishes necessary supplies. Puts away stock and rotates stock as needed.
