Lead Barista: Part-time employment working 3-4 shifts per week. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Looking for someone that has displays excellent customer service, personable, and a strong work ethic. Must have at least two years experience as a barista, with latte art knowledge. Bartending experience is a plus. Line Cook: Part-time employment working 3-4 shifts per week. Must be available to work nights and weekends with at least four years of experience working on a line in a restaurant or cafe. Looking for someone that is a great team player, has a positive attitude, and is willing to work in various roles when needed. The job requires prep work and line cook experience. English speaking is a plus. Re/creation Cafe is an elevated fast casual art and music cafe in Mid City (near Culver City & K-town) serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We are open Tuesday through Sunday. We are looking for team members who are dedicated, reliable, great team players with a positive attitude, have excellent customer service, and attention to quality. OPEN POSITIONS: Lead Barista/Shift Lead: - Must have at least 2 years experience as a barista with latte art knowledge. - Available to work at least 3-4 nights a week Tuesday - Sunday (24-32/week hours to start) . - Experience with food service and ServSafe certified required. - Management experience and the desire to step up into a team lead position is a major plus since we are seeking someone with the ability to become a shift lead or assistant manager. - Starting pay $17.25/hour + tips Line Cook: - Must have at least four years experience working the line. - Seeking someone that is fast, efficient, and pays close attention to food quality. - Must speak enough english to communicate with team members & management effectively. - Available to work at least 3-4 days a week, mostly evening shifts 3PM - 10PM. - Potential to become an evening kitchen manager for higher pay. - Starting pay $20-$22/hour + tips.
