Housekeeper (Part-Time) - Naples, FL - Ref WE-7503 Pay Rate: $45.00 Per Hour Start Date: Immediate Schedule: 3 Weekdays Per Week, 8 Hours Per Day (24 Hours Per Week Guaranteed) Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays We are seeking, on behalf of our client, a highly skilled and discreet Housekeeper year-round to maintain a private 8,000 sq. ft. residence in Naples, Florida. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both light and deep cleaning, laundry (including ironing), linen care, and home organization. Responsibilities include maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the home, performing both regular upkeep and detailed deep cleaning projects. The housekeeper will be responsible for all aspects of laundry care, as well as proper organization of linens and household items. Additional duties include managing household supplies, occasional errands, and preparing the home in advance of events or guest visits. Mileage reimbursement provided for work-related errands. Schedule: 3 weekdays per week, 8 hours per day (Total: 24 guaranteed paid hours/week) Working hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Occasional flexibility required before events or guest visits Requirements: Minimum of five years of experience as a private housekeeper or in a similar role Valid Driver's License and vehicle Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and maintain discretion Flexibility for occasional schedule adjustments Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate a large home Excellent, verifiable private service references required This position is offered in full compliance with all applicable federal and Florida state employment laws, including IRS household employment tax requirements.
