Pappa Gallo is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager with 6+ years of experience in full-service dining. Youll lead both front and back of house operations in a fast-paced, guest-first establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily FOH/BOH operations with a hands-on approach

• Schedule, train, and mentor staff

• Maintain top-tier guest service and smooth shift execution

• Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

• Ensure compliance with Nassau County DOH regulations

• Support special events, promotions, and community outreach

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 6+ years in restaurant management

• Proven leadership and team development track record

• Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred)

• Valid Nassau County Food Handler Certification (or willing to get certified)

• TIPS certification a plus
