Looking for Night Auditor/ Front Desk with experience in choice hotels

About the Position:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor / Front Desk Associate with prior experience working in Choice Hotels-branded properties such as Sleep Inn, Clarion, Quality Inn, Comfort Inn, Econo Lodge, or similar.

As part of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service during the overnight hours, balancing daily financial transactions, and ensuring a smooth and secure operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests professionally and check them in/out efficiently

Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries

Complete end-of-day financial audits and reporting

Monitor property activity and ensure guest safety during overnight hours

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Address and resolve guest concerns in a courteous and prompt manner

Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management as needed

Requirements:

Must have prior experience working at a Choice Hotels property (Sleep Inn, Clarion, Quality Inn, etc.)

Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or night audit role

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight shifts

Basic knowledge of property management systems (ChoiceAdvantage preferred)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Reliable transportation and flexible availability
