I need help cleaning My vacation houses, campground, and other homes.

I own several houses on Cedar Island, Atlantic Sea Level and the Cedar Creek Campground and Yacht Club.

Myself and my friends with vacation rental houses all need cleaning help.

Our faithful and reliable cleaning gal for the last decade is having health problems, and just cant do it anymore.

These are nice vacation rental homes that need to be professionally cleaned. Sometimes one guest leaves in the morning and another comes in the late afternoon. The house has to be cleaned WITHOUT FAIL ! ! Most times there is some flexibility in the cleaning schedule.

You MUST live down east or the commuting will burn you out.

Beaufort is a 30 to 45 minute drive and Morehead is a 45 to 60 Minute drive.

About You

I care about reliability, professionalism and personality. I do not care about gender or age. But you must be able bodied. This job requires climbing stairs and cleaning high and low.

You must be: Presentable and have a friendly disposition. You may occasionally need to interact with guests who are departing or arriving. You are joining our friendly family of hosts, and may be the first and last impression our guests have.

You must be completely reliable in showing up and getting the cleaning done to a professional level.

Drug addicts, drunks and criminals need not apply. We are obligated to do a background check for the safety of your guests and other host service providers.

You must be reliable and consistent about answering the phone, AND returning calls and texts promptly. There is usually some flexibility on the cleaning schedule. But when one guest is checking out in the morning and one is checking out in the evening, the coordination and communication for getting the cleaning done needs to be perfect.

You will be working as a private contractor. You will need to pay your own taxes, and provide for your own insurance.

This job works well for retirees on a pension who want to supplement their income. Similarly, this may work well for someone who is young and does not have a lot of financial obligations. While someone could turn this into a full time job, that is not where this is starting. If you have major financial commitments, this income is not reliable enough for you.

Other Jobs:

I have other jobs repairing boats and houses plus maintaining landscape and dirt work.

These jobs pay better and the income is more reliable, but it is not an easy air conditioned easy job, with a great view like the cleaning job. We work hard and play hard. . It is real work.
