Maintenance / Handyman - Self Storage (Flexible Hrs.)

We are looking for a dependable and friendly General Maintenance / Handyman to join our self-storage team in the NW Valley.

Position Type: Part-time / Flexible

Job Duties:

Handle basic punch-list items and general maintenance duties around the park (painting, cut locks, minor electrical, plumbing, upkeep of common areas, etc.)

Help the site manager ensure units are clean, fully functioning, ready for showing and rental to customers

Monitor lot cleanliness and safety, including trash pickup and basic landscaping

Be available on short notice, including, in rare situations, after business hours

Assist with storage unit auction days

Be a helpful and friendly face for customers, providing basic support where needed

Requirements:

Must enjoy working outdoors and problem solving, reliable, friendly, and customer-service oriented

Basic maintenance/handyman skills required

Self-storage or prior property management-related experience a bonus, but not necessary

This is a great opportunity for someone who is not necessarily looking for a full-time position, but could use some extra income, enjoys fixing things, and keeping things running smoothly in very relaxed environment with flexible hours.
