- Craft and serve innovative cocktails with precision and creativity
- Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming bar experience
- Maintain a clean and organized bar while ensuring proper stock levels
- Engage with guests to share knowledge of Peruvian spirits and cocktail pairings
- Follow all safety, health, and alcohol service regulations
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for full-time or part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends
