Are you passionate about mixology and creating exceptional guest experiences? Our authentic Peruvian restaurant in Washington, DC is looking for a skilled Cocktail Bartender with at least two years of experience to join our team!

Our mission is to be ambassadors of Peruvian cuisine, bringing authentic ingredients, recipes, techniques, and culture to Washington, DC. Our bar program reflects this vision, showcasing innovative cocktails inspired by Perus rich flavors and traditions.

• Craft and serve innovative cocktails with precision and creativity
• Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming bar experience
• Maintain a clean and organized bar while ensuring proper stock levels
• Engage with guests to share knowledge of Peruvian spirits and cocktail pairings
• Follow all safety, health, and alcohol service regulations

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting
• Strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for full-time or part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends

Compensation: Hourly ($10.00) plus tips
