We're opening a wine bar + eatery thats as much about vibe as it is about flavor. Think boutique wines (with stories) and elevated plates that speak for themselves, plus zero-proof mocktails and craft beer.

Back of House The Driving Engine
Were keeping our kitchen tight and intentional. This is about clean, high-integrity cooking with bold flavors and clean presentation. We want a lead cook who takes pride in doing things right, staying sharp, and keeping the food as dialed-in as the wine list.
Youll Be:
- Prepping and executing dishes with consistency and precision
- Maintaining a clean, efficient, and compliant kitchen
- Working closely with FOH to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Helping us shape the flavor and feel of our culinary program
- Upholding health and safety standards at all times
- Helping manage kitchen inventory

Expectations:
- Standing, walking, bending throughout shifts; reaching above and at shoulder level
Schedule:
- Open Tuesday through Sunday (subject to change)
- Flexible scheduling, up to 6 days/week; preferably open to working weekends, holidays and evenings, as needed
- Full-time, part-time
