Job Details Upscale, high volume neighborhood restaurant is currently seeking a manager to lead our small team. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills and ability to utilize their hospitality skills to market to our unique customer base and demographic.Must have:
- Minimum of 2 years dining room management experience
- Full understanding of inventory management, cost control and analysis
- High volume restaurant experience
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Commitment to quality and consistency
- Ability to enforce and improve company policies and standards
- Labor control and budgeting
- Strong computer skills- Toast POS, Tock, Microsoft Excel
- Minimum Level I Sommelier Certification (preferred) or Strong Wine Knowledge/Experience
- Experience in all positions of a full service restaurant- bartending, serving, hosting, food running, expediting
- Weekend and evening availablity
