We're looking for kind, friendly, baristas with positive attitudes to join our team at Paris Baguette Dublin!
If you have a happy to help mindset and enjoy preparing delicious coffee drinks in an exciting, fast paced environment, we want you to come amaze our guests.
Job Description:
* Prepare tea, frappes, smoothies, coffee, espresso drinks on a manual machine.
* Memorize our drink recipes and executing them
* Provide enthusiastic advice and knowledge about all PB products being offered.
* Work in a team environment to ensure an excellent guest experience and prompt service.
* Maintain cleanliness of the coffee stations
* Cultivate friendly interactions with our returning patrons
* Maintain good personal hygiene and clean cut appearance at all times.
* Restocking bar necessities and reporting inventory to management
* Providing excellent customer service. Friendly cheerful communication skills.
* Downtime - assist patrons at check out, store maintenance, restocking.
Qualifications:
* Minimum High School Diploma / GED or Some College
* At least 1 year of coffee experience and customer service experience
* Ability to memorize drink recipes
* Must be *available* to work Friday, Saturday & Sundays . Morning Shift: 5:45AM-1:45PM or Afternoon Shift: 1:45-9:30PM
* Familiarity with POS software (Toast)
* Understanding the importance of cash handling and accuracy of transactions.
* Willingness to work holidays
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Must have a Food Handler's Card.
* Must have reliable transportation
