MAID. MAID. MONTHLY HOUSE CLEANING NEEDED. LONG TERM CONTRACT AVAILABLE. $120 per job or $24 - $30 per hour. Job takes about 4 - 5 hours. Most housekeepers finish in 4 to 4-1/2 hours but reserve five hours the first time..

Particulars:
I have a 300 SQ. FT. apartment that needs monthly upkeep and maintenance: I prefer any day on a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of the first week of every month.

Included, but not limited to, are: several kitchen appliances (no regular oven), toaster oven, microwave, convectioner's cooktop, 2 stainless steel trash cans, wall mirror, piano, printer, 3 glass tables, wooden bed frame, wood chest of drawers, refrigerator and freezer, bathroom with shower, commode, vanity and sink. There are 2 ceiling fans and 1 throw rug. I am particular about having all corners, baseboards, doors and woodwork attended to, behind and underneath. A checklist will be provided to support your efficiency once hired. A simple contract for one year of service is required because I am tired of looking for responsible workers. Allowances are made for emergencies and/or illness, but once a month cleaning is expected.
