**Compensation:** $7.25 - $25.00 per hour (Hourly + Tips)

### **Job Summary:**

As a **Restaurant Server** at Huddle House, youll play a vital role in delivering an excellent dining experience by providing warm, friendly service and ensuring guests receive their meals exactly how they want them fresh, fast, and with a smile.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Arrive on time and in proper uniform, ready to serve

- Greet all customers warmly: Good Morning or Welcome to Huddle House

- Guide guests through the menu, take accurate orders, and use approved ticket abbreviations

- Ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages

- Handle payments, maintain accurate records, and close all tickets before end of shift

- Maintain cleanliness of work area including bussing tables, sweeping, and general cleaning duties

- Stock and prep for next shift as needed

- Report any concerns (especially related to safety or customer service) to management immediately

- Know our menu, daily specials, and up-sell with confidence

- Follow Huddle Houses Steps of Service to maximize guest satisfaction

### **Qualifications:**

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Positive, can-do attitude and team spirit

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
