Job Summary: Requirements:
* 2+ years of VERIFIABLE professional cooking experience (please do not apply without this).
* Current Food Handler's certification (or obtain within 30 days).
* Age 18 and over to work with knives, slicers, etc.
Experience cooking Italian food is preferred but not required.
Job Duties:
* Prep for lunch and/or dinner service.
* Cook on the line - including rolling pizza, making lasagna and fettuccini, preparing pasta and other Italian dishes.
* Keep work area clean and sanitary.
* Keep kitchen and line stocked.
* Other duties as required (note: will be cross-trained for other duties).
Hours: 30 - 40 per week between Monday and Saturday.
Pay: $16 to $18 per hour.
