Key Responsibilities:
Daily preparation of mise en place
Maintain par levels and restock stations
Keep prep areas clean, organized, and food-safe
Support the line team as needed during service
Follow direction and stay focused in a high-volume environment

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of prep or kitchen experience
Strong knife skills and understanding of basic prep tasks
Dependable, clean, and team-oriented
Willingness to learn and grow
