Coperta the premier Roman Restaurant in Denver is looking for a Part-Time Manager
This position would be responsible for running the dining room and guest satisfaction for scheduled shifts.
This is an hourly position that will be scheduled Part Time, about 16-22 hours a week. Most weeks it is three days, but opportunity for more shifts. Sundays are a required night to work.
Position will oversee shifts and assist in training, staff education, inventory, scheduling, disciplinary actions (when needed), and, development of following operational procedures.

Applicants Must:
have minimum 2 years FOH experience preferable experience as server, host, back wait, and bartender.
Availability to work Sundays and availability to work evenings
passion for exceptional hospitality
proficient in cash handling and cash reconciliation procedures
proficient in Word, Excel, OpenTable
working knowledge of food safety and food handling
be 21 years of age
ability to stand for extended periods of time up to 10 hours
ability to frequently lift 50 pounds and be able to bend, stoop, and reach frequently
be able to communicate in the language of the restaurant
We are a Service Charge Model for our for Our FOH Service Staff + BOH Line Cooks share in a Service Charge added to each check. This role is not included in the position
At our company we believe in a fair wage for our whole team. Therefore, we add an automatic service charge to every guest check. Part of the Service Charge is allocated to the FOH and part to the BOH. Tips are accepted in addition to the Service Charge and allocated to the team. We do not operate on the traditional tip model.
