Looking for Barista with experience to work in Coffee Bar in Brooklyn.

Qualifications

-Candidates must be able to move quickly and maintain a strong sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy or quality
-The ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient under stress is critical, as the cafe operates at a consistently high volume
-Every detail matters, and employees are expected to follow precise recipes and procedures to ensure consistency
-This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to stay on task without constant supervision, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
-Hospitality is just as important as technical skills, and applicants must be able to provide excellent customer service while working efficiently
-Applicants must be available for a consistent schedule over an extended period
-We do not offer flexible or part-time scheduling at the moment
-We are looking for people who want to grow with the company and can commit to a long-term role

Responsibilities
-Employees are responsible for providing a welcoming and professional customer experience while maintaining speed and efficiency
-Drink preparation must be executed with precision, following all recipes and standards to ensure consistency in every order
-The cafe must always be kept spotless, which includes dishwashing, wiping surfaces, restocking, and keeping everything organized throughout the shift
-Employees must be able to handle high-pressure situations, stay composed, and keep up with demand, especially during peak hours
-Must be able to manage cash and POS for costumer payment.
-This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week
-Must be computer savvy to also take care of invoices and help with store inventory.
