We are currently hiring for both Front of House and Back of House roles:

FRONT OF HOUSE (FOH) POSITIONS:
Hosts/Hostesses
Servers
Bartenders
Bussers, Food Runners
Sommeliers (a plus)
Requirements for FOH:
Previous fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Professional demeanor, punctuality, and attention to detail
Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays

BACK OF HOUSE (BOH) POSITIONS:
Line Cooks
Prep Cooks
Sous Chefs
Dishwashers
Kitchen Assistants
Stockers
Requirements for BOH:
Sous Chef's position requires minimum 12 years of verifiable experience in a high-volume or upscale kitchen
Other BOH position requires minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in a high-volume or upscale kitchen
Ability to follow recipes, plating standards, and maintain food safety
Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills
Reliable, with a passion for culinary excellence
