Job Summary

Job Description:

Bring the heat! As a Sous Chef, you will assist in leading culinary operations with passion and precision. You will support the Executive Chef, execute high-volume production, and ensure food quality and safety are top-notch. From prep to plate, you'll be instrumental in delivering a winning culinary experience.

Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience

• Food Safety Manager Certification (ServSafe or similar)

• Minimum 2-4 years of culinary leadership experience

• Proficiency in kitchen operations and production systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise kitchen operations and food preparation

• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed

• Assist in recipe development and food presentation standards

• Manage food and labor cost controls

• Support training and development of culinary team

• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menus and ordering
