POSITION SUMMARY:

Stay Dog Rentals is looking for a reliable and detail-driven Cleaner to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you'll play an important part in creating a welcoming environment for our guests by ensuring each rental unit is spotless and guest-ready between stays. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, moves efficiently, and understands the impact that a clean, well-prepared space has on the guest experience. The right candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform cleaning duties of rental properties such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning living areas, bathroom cleaning, etc
• Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, clean windows, and maintain common area cleanliness.
• Stock and perform staging duties as needed
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Property Manager
• Adhere to established cleaning and safety procedures
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Follow established cleaning procedures and checklists

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred - but we are willing to train
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• A team player with strong attention to detail
• Able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and the ability to travel to different properties throughout the day.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $20.00

Schedule

Monday through Sunday, weekends required. 25 hours a week.
