Tuesday and Saturday dinner shifts

Pancita is a Mexican food project focused on the art of nixtamalization. Our goal is to the beauty of fresh heirloom corn masa through traditional, and not so traditional Mexican dishes. Our staff s in the pride of the presentation and flavors of our menu.

The right candidate sees the value of working cooperatively, is respectful of all guests and staff, and can maintain a gracious demeanor while working in a professional and fast-paced environment.

We are hiring a busser/host for a set schedule consisting of two shifts per week, working both Tuesday and Saturday dinner shifts. The shifts begin at either 4pm or 5pm, and are usually around 5-6 hours long.

We are currently open Tue-Thur from 5-9. Fri & Sat 5-9:30.

Requirements:

2 years full-service restaurant experience

ability to multitask

able to maintain an awareness of FOH and guest needs

respectful of guests and staff

willingness to learn

great verbalmunication skills

WA Food handlers certification

MAST permit
