You will ensure that guest bedrooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards, delivering a consistently excellent experience for every guest.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the brand standardEnsure all housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently and within given timeframesReport maintenance issues and lost property promptly and accuratelyReplenish amenities, linen and guest supplies as requiredMaintain housekeeping trolleys and storage areas in a clean, safe, and organised conditionWork collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experienceSupport deep-cleaning and other scheduled cleaning duties as neededDemonstrate an eye for detail and pride in creating a welcoming environmentAbout YouA positive and proactive approach with a passion for hospitalityExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to qualityGood time management and ability to work independently or as part of a teamFlexible and reliable, with a can-do' attitudePrevious housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential - full training will be providedWhy Join Us?At The Venues Collection, we believe in developing our people and creating opportunities.
