As an A&W Shift Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and leading your team to deliver fast, high-quality food and exceptional service to our guests. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work side-by-side with your team to create a welcoming, efficient, and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support your team to deliver outstanding guest service and food quality.

Foster a positive and professional work environment, even during busy shifts.

Assist with training, coaching, and providing feedback to team members.

Oversee food prep, inventory, and cleanliness to ensure all health and safety standards are met.

Handle cash, close registers, and ensure accurate shift reporting.

Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Help manage inventory, stock rotation, and product ordering.

Ensure company policies, safety standards, and procedures are followed.
