You start with sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing high-traffic areas like the dining room, kitchen, and restrooms. Throughout your shift, you stay on top of routine maintenance-changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and keeping everything in working order. Whether you're tidying up the storeroom or ensuring the freezers are organized, your role is essential in keeping the cafe running smoothly for guests and staff.
