WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE? As our Manufacturing Facility Cleaner - Janitor, you will start your day by thoroughly cleaning all areas of the plant and process equipment while looking for ways to improve processes. You must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), maintain clean and safe work areas, and adhere to all safety practices. You'll also take responsibility for food safety and quality, report any issues to management, and ensure a clean and sanitized production environment. WHO ARE WE? We're looking for a Manufacturing Facility Cleaner - Janitor who can meet the following qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent Associate degree and / or technical school certification or a combination of education, training, and experience Strong mathematical abilities Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple products Ability to work 10+ hour shifts Physical ability to lift 55+ lbs, stand, climb, stoop, perform repetitive motions, and work in an environment with varying degrees of temperature and humidity Meeting these would be a PLUS : 3+ years of experience with cleaning and maintaining manufacturing systems and equipment in an automated facility Experience in the food and beverage industry Knowledge of chemicals and sanitation processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes Ability to follow instructions with great attention to detail Physical ability to work in a wet environment with dairy, dust, fumes, and chemical exposure Flexibility to work any hour of any day, including overtime, weekends, and holidays Willingness to continue learning and growing READY TO JOIN OUR CLEANING TEAM?
