Wee to Anchovies & Salt, an extraordinary culinary destination that celebrates the nostalgic flavors of Vietnam in a fine-casual dining experience. Proudly to be the largest upscale Vietnamese restaurant in the US, and probably the world outside of Vietnam, Anchovies & Salt is a culinary haven spanning a remarkable 9,000 sq ft indoors and boasting a captivating 2,000 sq ft patio. With a total capacity of 441 people and tables amodating up to 20 guests, we offer an unrivaled space for both intimate gatherings and grand celebrations. From the moment you step through our doors, you'll discover a world w quality, flavor, and presentation take center stage, offering a truly elevated dining experience.
Our Mission
At Anchovies & Salt, our mission is to elevate the Vietnamese dining experience by crafting nostalgia-driven dishes that bring back the most memorable flavors of Vietnam. We aremitted to using high-quality, fresh local ingredients to recreate the authentic tastes that transport our guests to the heart of Vietnam.
Line Cook Responsibilities
Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes.
Ensuring daily prep work for the assigned station is set up and ready for service.
s to the chef and is able to follow instructions.
Plating prepared foods based on chef s standards.
Works with servers to ensure that orders arepleted in a timely manner.
Washing and cleaning the kitchen, utensils and equipment after prep and service.
Ensuring that kitchen operation procedures for food prep, storage areas and hygiene meet food health and safety standards and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Line Cook Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
In-depth, working knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
Valid King County food handler s permit.
Excellentmunication,anizational and multitasking skills.
Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team setting.
Salary: $19.90 to 24/hr + tips
