Overview:

After Ours is a new bar and gathering space rooted in Vietnamese culture and analog nostalgia.

We're seeking experienced, charismatic bartenders who can craft exceptional cocktails, provide genuine hospitality, and bring good energy to a fast-paced, music-filled environment. You ll be the face of our bar delivering memorable guest experiences with precision and care.

We are hiring for both morning and evening shifts, please send us a brief introduction about yourself and your availability!

Key Responsibilities:

Take food orders and deliver meals to guests when server support is unavailable

Prepare cocktails, coffee drinks, and beer/wine with precision

Maintain prep, garnishes, and cleanliness of bar station

Inform General Manager of any ordering needs

shape bar culture and assist with menu specials

Maintain crowd awareness and support floor staff as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years bartending experience in fast-paced settings

Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails

Strong customer service and time management skills

Able to stand for extended periods and work in high-energy environments

OLCC and Food Handler s certification required or obtained upon hire
