Job Description

Ace Web Entities, LLC dba Stowe Mountain Rentals, a short-term luxury rental company, seeks five (5) full-time, seasonal Room Cleaners, to perform cleaning services, for employment from 10012025 to 04152026.

The worksite is in Stowe, Lamoille County, Vermont

Job Description: Workers will be expected to strip rooms of all linens and garbage and re-makeclean the room in an organized manner. High standards for cleaning at a hotel level of service. Replace light bulbs, Move and arrange furniture and turn mattresses, Dust and polish furniture and equipment, Replenish supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items, Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy, Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaners and shampooers, Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas, Hang draperies and dust window blinds. Must be able to communicate with supervisors and peers.

Terms & Conditions of Employment:

$18.00hr., at 48 hours a week, Sun-Fri, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Overtime rate of pay is at least $27.00hr. Overtime will be available as needed.

Inbound Transportation:

From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment of transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of employments.

Outbound Transportation:

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Daily Transportation:

The employer will provide daily transportation to and from worksites.

Disclosure of Daily Subsistence Amount:

Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.

Three-fourths guarantee not required due to 2016 Omnibus:

Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourth of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.

Provision of tools, equipment, and supplies:

Tools, equipment, and supplies: The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, & equipment required to perform the job.

Single work week guarantee and frequency of pay:

Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. The pay period is biweekly.

Statement of deductions from worker's pay:

The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any deductions which are not required by law.

Reimbursement of border, visa, and related fees:

The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker.

Provision of board, lodging, or other facilities:

The employer will provide optional housing at a cost of $100 per week.
