Full-time Hourly Position ranging from $12.00-$14.00 DOE plus benefits.
Located in Las Cruces, NM. Working out of our Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces.
Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:
Welcome guests to the property.
Provide assistance in and out of vehicles for all guests.
Clearly explain parking procedures; provide useful information and assistance as needed.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations for property / city events, amenities, and outlets.
Successfully load or unload luggage to bell cart and deliver to rooms when requested.
Communicate and partner with other departments as applicable in supporting the guest experience.

Requirements
Must be a passionate people person, as this job is highly interactive and requires superb customer service skills.
Friendly and warm demeanor, excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask while maintaining poise.
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights.
Ability to work on feet for eight hours or more.
Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 60+ pounds occasionally.
