Front Desk Coordinator (Part-Time) Largo, FL 33770 (On-Site) Are you a people-person with great organizational skills? Randstad Pinellas is currently hiring urgently for a Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator at a well-established municipal company in Largo, FL. Position Location: Largo, FL Pay Rate: $18.00/hour - $19.00/hr to start Schedule: Part-Time | 12:30 AM – 5:00PM | Monday – Friday

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • At least 2 years of front desk, receptionist, or administrative support experience

  • Amazing communication and multitasking skills

  • A professional and friendly demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor

  • Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls or take accurate messages

  • Screen walk-ins and route them to the appropriate department or staff

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes to departments

  • Prepare and coordinate outgoing mail and courier pickups

  • Maintain visitor logs and keep the front lobby tidy and organized

  • Perform general office tasks: copying, filing, scanning, data entry, typing memos or reports

  • Use software tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook to assist staff
