Maintenance Mechanic

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Rancocas, New Jersey

Pay Range: $50,000 - $70,000

What's the Job?

• Perform diversified mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly and sub-assembly tasks that require precision and skill.
• Utilize engineering blueprints to adjust, fit, and align components to specific tolerances.
• Employ hand and power tools to trim, file, grind, buff, or smooth surfaces and edges of assembled pieces.
• Inspect and test completed units using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized workplace, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Familiarity with vacuum systems, induction furnaces, and metal reclamation systems.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
