Part Time Airbnb and Short Term Rental Cleaner Cleaner Needed

We are currently hiring for our short term rental cleaning and reset position. The requirements are as follows:

We are looking for quality candidates for our Jacksonville Area, this included downtown, the beaches, and north Ponte Vedra!!

***Must have a minimum availability to work Saturday, Sunday, and Mondays***

Must be professional, dependable, and honest. Self driven with high standards and a great eye for detail!
Must have own reliable transportation
Must be over 18
Must be able to lift and carry over 25lbs and be able to walk up and down stairs
Must be able to work weekends
Must be able to travel all throughout Jax, Ponte Vedra and the beaches

Job duties are:
Cleaning, Resetting, Making beds, and making sure each unit is in tip top shape for new tenants.

Our cleaners reset 2-4 units per day on average.

We start at $17. There is plenty of opportunity to earn more if desired. We offer an incentive program which puts our average hourly rate at $20 per hour.

This position will mostly be between 9:30-4:30p unless you would like to pick up more shifts/cleans.

We do not hire people independent contractors, we are only looking for employees.
